Accepting these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of this website. By reading these pages you accept them; if any part is unacceptable to you, the appropriate response is to stop using the site. They take effect from your first visit and apply to every subsequent one. We update them when the site changes, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised version, so the date at the top of this page is worth checking if you rely on the site professionally.
What this site is
This is an editorial resource that compares what advertising networks require from publishers, what they pay, on what schedule, and which advertiser categories they refuse to carry. It is published by AdsCompass, an advertising network that appears in the comparison — a relationship disclosed here, on the Ad Network and on about us.
Several things this site is not, stated plainly because the distinction matters if something goes wrong. We are not the operator of the other networks named here and have no relationship with them. We cannot access, unblock, expedite or influence your account with any network, including the one that publishes the site. We do not process payments, hold funds, or act as an intermediary in any transaction between you and a network. We do not serve advertising on these pages and we do not place advertising code on your website. Every application you make and every contract you sign is directly between you and that network.
Who this site is for
The audience is people who own, operate or advise on websites and are deciding how to monetize them. It is written for a commercial audience and assumes you are capable of entering into a contract with an advertising network in your own jurisdiction. Nothing here is directed at children, and the subject matter has no application to them.
Commercial relationships
Links to AdsCompass on this site are commercial: if you follow one, register and generate revenue, the publisher of this site benefits. Following such a link is free to you and does not change the terms you are offered. We disclose this rather than relying on you to infer it from the fact that a network published a comparison containing itself.
The other networks named here do not pay us, have not reviewed this text, and cannot buy their way in or out of the comparison. Their documentation is named so you can verify our figures against the source. Those are third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for: their content, terms and availability are theirs, and naming a document is not an endorsement of anything beyond the specific fact it supports.
The information itself
Everything here is published for general information. It is not legal, financial, tax or investment advice, and it does not account for your circumstances. Whether a particular network suits your site depends on facts we cannot see — your audience, your subject matter, your existing contracts and the exclusivity terms you may already be bound by. Decisions about where to monetize are yours, and their consequences are yours.
Before you commit, read the network's own current terms. Advertising networks change entry requirements, payout floors, payment schedules, revenue shares and prohibited categories without notice, and they are under no obligation to tell a third-party site when they do. Between October 2025 and February 2026 three major networks rewrote their entry rules; a comparison written the week before would have been wrong the week after, and ours would have been too.
Accuracy and its limits
Figures are checked against primary sources on the date shown on each page and were accurate to the best of our knowledge at that moment. We do not warrant that they remain accurate, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of anything found here. Where a figure could not be verified against a network's own documentation, the text labels it as reported; treat those with the caution the label implies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss including lost revenue, lost profits and lost data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
If you find an error, we would rather fix it than defend it. Report it through contact with the network's own page as evidence and we will correct the entry and move the check date.
Using our material
You are welcome to read, quote and link to these pages. Quote accurately, attribute the source, and carry the check date alongside any figure you reproduce — a threshold without a date is precisely how outdated numbers spread in this subject. Wholesale republication of the text, systematic scraping, and reproducing the comparison table as your own work are not permitted.
The text, the comparison structure and the illustrations on this site are ours or licensed to us. Network names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used here descriptively, to identify the companies being compared, not to imply any association with or endorsement by them.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the operation of the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated tools in a way that degrades it for other readers. Ordinary crawling by search engines and AI assistants is expected and welcome.
When our page and a network's terms disagree
If anything on this site conflicts with the current terms published by an advertising network, the network's terms govern your relationship with that network and ours do not. We have no authority to bind any company named here, to vary its conditions, or to create an obligation it has not itself accepted. A figure on this site is a record of what a network published on a given date; it is not a promise that the network will honour it, and it does not become part of any agreement you enter into.
This matters more than it might sound. A publisher who reads a threshold here, applies on that basis and is rejected has not been wronged by the network — thresholds move, and applications are assessed against the rules in force on the day. The practical protection is to open the network's own page before you act, which is why every figure we publish names the document it came from.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for confirming that any network you deal with may lawfully operate in your jurisdiction and that carrying its advertising is compatible with your own obligations. That includes the consent and disclosure requirements that apply to your visitors, your tax position on the income, and any exclusivity or content clause in an agreement you already hold. Running two networks on one page is a contractual question before it is a technical one, and the contract you signed is not something we can read for you.
You are also responsible for what you do with our material. If you republish a figure without its date, or present our comparison as your own research, any consequence of that is yours. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of this site or from your breach of these terms, which is standard but worth stating so nobody is surprised by it.
Availability
We make no commitment about uptime. This is a static site with modest running costs and no service-level agreement behind it, and it may be unavailable for maintenance, hosting problems or reasons outside our control. We may also change, restructure or withdraw pages without notice — including removing a network from the comparison if maintaining an accurate entry for it becomes impractical. Where a page is withdrawn we will normally redirect it rather than break inbound links, but we do not guarantee that either.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim. That is without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer under the law of the country where you live: if you are a consumer resident in the European Union, nothing here removes your right to bring proceedings in your own courts or to rely on your own consumer legislation.
Before anything reaches a court we would much rather hear from you. Almost every complaint about a site like this one is a factual dispute about a number, and those are resolved by producing the source. Write to us through contact and we will look at the evidence.
If part of these terms fails
If any provision here is held to be unenforceable, it is severed and the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a term on one occasion is not a waiver of it on any other. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of this site and replace anything said elsewhere about it.
Changes and contact
These terms were last updated on July 31, 2026. We publish revisions here rather than notifying readers individually, since there are no accounts and therefore no one to notify. Data handling is covered separately in the privacy policy, our sourcing rules are in the editorial policy, and questions about any of it go through contact.
