Where to write
Every message goes to a person who can actually change the page, not to a support queue. There is one researcher and writer behind this site, which means replies are slower than an agency's and the answer is never that your query has been escalated. Most messages are answered within three working days; corrections that arrive with a link to the network's own page are usually handled the same day, because they are the fastest thing to verify and the most damaging thing to leave standing.
Pick the address closest to your reason for writing. It is not a routing system, it just tells us what to look at first.
Editorial and corrections
Wrong figures, changed thresholds, dead links, and anything on the comparison that no longer matches reality. Include a link to the page on the network's own site that shows the correct position and we will update the entry and move the check date on that page. You do not need to explain who you are or why you noticed. If you disagree with an interpretation rather than a fact, write anyway — the reasoning behind a judgement is worth publishing when it is contested.
Your own experience as a publisher
Application dates, response times, approval and rejection outcomes, and what a network asked for that its documentation does not mention. This is the single most useful thing a reader can send, because it is the one category of information a documentary site cannot generate for itself. Rejections are more valuable than approvals. Tell us whether you want to be credited by name, by site, or not at all — the default is not at all.
Press and republication
Requests to quote the research, ask for comment, or reproduce a figure. Quoting is welcome with attribution; please carry the check date alongside any number you reproduce, since a threshold without a date is how outdated figures spread in this subject in the first place. Privacy and data requests
Access, correction and deletion requests, and any question about what this site stores. We hold very little — there are no accounts and no newsletter — so most requests are resolved within days rather than the month the regulations allow. Partnerships
Inclusion in the comparison is not for sale, and no network named here pays for its entry. Advertising space, sponsored placement and paid links are not available at any price, because a comparison that can be bought into is worth nothing to the people who read it. Networks that believe their entry is inaccurate should use the editorial address instead, where a documented correction will be made without any commercial conversation.
What we cannot help with
We are not any of the networks compared on this site and have no access to your account with them. Payment problems, approval delays, suspended accounts and policy appeals have to go to that network's own support, and writing to us first only costs you time. We also cannot review a site and predict whether it will be approved, because most networks do not publish the criteria they actually apply and any answer we gave would be a guess with your revenue attached to it.
